Theo Blair Fetter

since early childhood, theo has been passionate about construction, woodworking, homesteading and renovating homes. having worked in construction in nj, nc, la, ga and chicago, theo then settled in vermont in 2009, built a cabin the woods and attended vermont law school. always more interested in his construction side jobs than law, theo left law/policy work for good after 8 years and opened BLAIR CUSTOM BUILDERS in 2020 as his family welcomed their second child. theo brings a passion for refined design, transparent project management and exceptional attention to detail and client satisfaction to every project.
