This beautiful, new estate on Shelburne Point includes two smart pergolas that we designed and built. Complimenting the main house's black and white classical farmhouse motif, the black pergola provides freestanding cover for the poolside kitchen and dining area (and lighting mounts for the adjacent putting green), while the white pergola attached to the house and gas fireplace covers the custom spa. Custom details include integrated lighting, a handsome 2-step cornice on each pergola, and custom-made scuppers for draining the water from the posts. These premium pergolas seem to be the perfect fit for this brand-new estate that has no shortage of stunning and charming details.
